Large room with a comfy bed, close to the center of town.
The hotel was a little run down, breakfast was very basic and the rooms were noisy whenever anyone nearby used a tap or toilet.
It wass within walking distance to the boardwalk.
the Bay Front inn was comfortable, although without coffee in the room. Everything was very clean, but a little dated. Great value, great location, quiet environment.
The hotel staff working the front desk was polite and friendly, a joy. The location was within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and pier. It was a good value.
I really can't think of anything negative other than the age of the facility, but in perspective it was well kept>
Nice location within walking distance of the beach and downtown. The rooms on the second floor are re-decorated to modern standards. Flatscreen and comfortable boxspring bed made it a pleasant stay.
We woke up earlier than expected due to the neighbors' alarm clock. The breakfast was limited to cereals and juice/coffee.
The only good thing about the trip was the time not spent in the hotel room.
The bathroom was small and dirty and the sheets were itchy. Overall bad experience at the Bay Front Inn.
Good location for walking to beach/boardwalk or the downtown area on Pacific Ave.
The motel did not provide continental breakfast as advertised. Not even coffee in the morning!
i liked that the bay front inn is within walking distance to everything.also the service was great Rupesh was very helpful in making us feel at home!
i liked everything!
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Bay Front Inn during our drive down highway 1. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was great. We were offered the option of upgrading to one of the newly renovated rooms (which we took, it was only $10 more), which aren't listed on Booked.net, and were very happy with our experience. The design was great and the hdtv really topped it off. Definitely recommended for a stay in Santa Cruz.
Walking distance to the Catalyst, restaurants and the Wharf.
The Room could have used one more chair to sit on and a small table.
I really liked the location of the inn which was the main reason why I choice the inn in the first place.
The room smelled faintly if urine, I let hotel staff know so I hope they clean it better for the next for the next guest. There was no lock on the window just a wooden stick in the frame...otherwise that it was ok.
It was better than we expected since the price was very cheap. The staff was great, beds comfortable, and satellite tv was a nice touch. Also walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown made it the best central location.
Continental breakfast was lacking, but we were walking distance to coffee shops so was still able to have a nice meal
The staff was fantastic! The attendees less so. There was a lot of noise from partiers. 4 of my tires were deflated by drunken revelers one night. Rupesh was great. Skyler was great. Serena was great.
Too many drunks/dopers allowed to get rooms.
The proximity to all the attractions in Santa Cruz.
The smell in the room, was typical for a hotel of its age and price range. Also your description stated that the room would have a 40 inch television and an alarm clock and it had neither. You might want to change that.
