The staff were welcoming. I truly enjoyed the incredible location just next door to the beach and restaurants. Both downtown Santa Cruz and the beach boardwalk were within walking distance. The room was big and included coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. There was a great pool onsite.
